Katie Henry- Athletic Director, AHS

Katie is the Athletic Director at AHS.  She succeeded the beloved Bob Jones and strives to carry on his legacy of service and care for our students, staff and community.  Katie's goal is to get every student involved in athletics and activities, believing that participation teaches our students the life skills of resiliency, grit, perseverance and teamwork.  The Booster Club supports this goal and creates those opportunities.

Janet Tarsi- Activities Coordinator, AHS

Janet Tarsi is the Activities Coordinator.  Having come to Auburn High School in 1994, Janet also spent time in the Rochester, and Puyallup school districts while raising her family, but returned to Auburn High School as the DECA teacher, and now also the Activities Coordinator.  She works tirelessly for our students and spends countless hours working for AHS.


Hilary Hamlett-AHS Leadership Teacher

Hilary joined us in 2017 and quickly found herself in a leadership role around campus.With her natural ability to inspire our students and her dedication to Auburn High, she was named the new Leadership teacher in 2019 and has sparked the class into action.  She is always willing to jump in and help with projects that makes AHS better, and her positive energy is infectious. 


Debbie Sumner-AHS Bookkeeper

Debbie is on the front line of our finances at AHS, and she sees first-hand the struggles our students face, as well as that difficulty we have providing resources for our teams and clubs.  She is a die-hard fan of Auburn High and gives her time and energy to making it better every day.
